All of our offerings are prepared by our expert chefs using boutique cooking techniques, in a world-class kitchen, ensuring freshness and purity without any additives.
We offer homemade muesli and a variety of cheeses for passengers traveling in Economy Class during breakfast hours. On other flights that main courses are served, we provide freshly made daily pasta, grilled options, and local appetizers.
For our domestic flights, we added new alternatives to our range of hot sandwich varieties.
These alternatives include Caesar chicken, chicken cutlet, omelette with cheese, cheese and olive paste.
For our Business Class passengers, we have included options such as charcoal-grilled
Adana kebab, cutlet, grilled fish on our menus along with main dishes like homemade mezzaluna pasta, manti and spaghetti as well.
In addition to the flavours we offer special to Turkish cuisine, you can also find alternatives from international cuisines such as tikka masala, shrimp with curry in our new menus.
